How long does my order take to ship?

If ordering something that is in stock you should receive it within 5-15 business days after the order. If a custom order, the product will be shipped as soon as it is completed (estimated arrival 20-30 days). Rush orders may take less time however you will be charged a rush order fee.

Do you offer international shipping? 

At this time we only ship within the United States.

What is your return policy? 

Spinning A Yarn wants you to be completely satisfied with your order. Please send an email explaining why you would like to return the item. We can either exchange the product or send you a refund. Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.
